How The Course Works
The course is run over 4 online workshop sessions. These are both theory and practise based and are aimed at giving you the underpinning knowledge and confidence in your ability required to become a mentor.
Following the workshops you will begin work on your assignments. The first assignment is a written piece of work about the role of a mentor which has a word limit of 2200 words.
When you have completed this you will begin your mentoring journey! You will complete 3 hours of mentoring with an hour of supervision with your personal tutor to give you feedback on how you are doing. You will then write up your sessions in a diary format, which forms your second assignment.
When You Have Finished
You will receive an internationally recognised ILM qualification. As a member of the prestigious British School of Coaching Alumni you will join a network of professional coaches and mentors.
